Interior and exterior rehabilitation and comprehensive renovation of 36 existing apartments in three existing multi-family buildings owned by Thistle Community Housing, for increased livability and decreased ongoing maintenance within a permanently affordable housing complex. Each kitchen and bath was remodeled to increase storage opportunities, accessibility, and provide new durable and modern fixtures and finishes.
