Interior and exterior rehabilitation and remodel to 23 dwelling units in an existing permanently affordable multi-family building for increased livability and accessibility, and to decrease ongoing maintenance. Design included remodeled kitchens and baths with increased accessibility, new finishes, and added storage in each unit. Working closely with the owner, Thistle Community Housing, we developed a standardized palette of finishes and fixtures to be implemented across their entire portfolio.
