Interior and exterior rehabilitation and renovation of 21 permanently affordable apartments across three existing and aging buildings.  Accessibility upgrades with new open kitchen designs offered additional storage and working space within each apartment. New bathroom designs replaced aging finishes and fixtures, and upgrades to the existing plumbing and mechanical systems provided increased resident comfort. We worked closely with Thistle Community Housing, we developed a standardized palette of finishes and fixtures to be implemented across their entire portfolio of affordable properties.
