Interior and exterior remodel with additions to an existing 2-story house with walk-out lower level. A full gut of all interior finishes with a new plan layout including a new stair location, while creating a new primary suite on the main level and enhanced outside living with unobstructed views of the Flatirons. A partial demolition of the roof and replacement with new roof framing allowed for a larger open floor area while updating the curb appeal with new varied roof forms. Exterior wood siding was replaced with stucco finishes to complement the existing brick, for a modern update.
