Rehabilitation of a late 19th century 760 SF home estimated to have been built in 1890. Re-planning of the interior floor plan to improve livability and desirability as a home functioning in the 21st century. Non-historic portions of the house were demolished to return the home to its historic form and footprint. This small miners’ cabin was in very poor condition, requiring extensive reinforcement of rotten framing due to small additions connecting this property to the hillside.
