Interior renovation within Boulder Valley School Districts Central Kitchen Building to provide a Life Skills Kitchen. The kitchen is comprised of four student suites equipped with ovens, grilles, refrigeration, and prep sinks, a master suite for demonstration purposes that’s capable of broadcasting to all suites, a café/teaching space, and a walk-in refrigerator/ freezer. Students can earn ServSafe and OSHA certifications through a year long course that teaches them fundamental skills within test kitchen.
