9,500 SF adaptive reuse remodel to a vacant grocery store office space, to serve as an outpatient medical clinic for Boulder Community Health. Interior spaces were designed to take advantage of the abundant natural light from translucent panel skylights, while maintaining patient privacy. Historic wood and steel trusses remain exposed throughout the space, with a nod to the building’s 70+ year history.
