A complete renovation of (4) existing 2-story apartments over a ground floor commercial/retail space in downtown Boulder. The existing apartments will be demolished with only the pertinent exterior wall framing and structure to remain. The existing gabled roofs and exterior cladding will be removed. The new construction offers modern vernacular with private tenant access to an expansive roof top deck. The exterior finishes of the entire building will be renovated to improve appearance and durability.  Renovation of four 2-story 2-bedroom apartments. The renovation will be a full gut of the interior finishes and MPE systems to the residential dwelling units.  The goal will be to convert the apartments into for-sale condominiums each with private roof-top decks with unobstructed views of the flatirons.
