Interior and exterior improvements incorporating corporate branding and identity. An eyebrow roof and covering were added to the exterior providing protected vehicle display space and covered walkways while giving the building a modern appearance. New interior finishes refreshed the space to complement current BMW identity requirements.

Adaptive reuse and tenant finish of a vacant 76,000 SF biomedical R&D facility to be the new corporate headquarters and shipping/receiving hub for a local clothing retailer. The corporate brand was incorporated and enhanced through vibrant finishes splashed across a new entry & reception, break room, and corporate offices and support spaces. 

Phoenix Financial

Renovation of a 1970s 2-story 7,730 SF office building, including a 2-story addition. The addition created a large clear-span daylit call center surrounded by private offices. The call center’s 2 story space focuses on views to the eastern open space. New branding and interior lobby/reception areas created a refresh for the company’s image.

McCaslin Marketplace
