Three-story mixed use office building managed by W.W. Reynolds, with views of the Flatirons in Boulder. Numerous outdoor patio and deck spaces were provided at each floor. Each floor was designed for maximum flexibility of a single use tenant or multiple smaller tenants. The final build-out accommodated 3 major tenants who each used the entire 20,000 square foot floor plate. On-site renewables of solar photovoltaics assisted in obtaining the LEED Gold status.
