Interior renovation to unused ground floor retail spaces into conference rooms and amenities spaces for hotel guests and business gatherings. The 8,000 SF+ renovation included a new kitchen and a private dining space and an operable partition between two conference rooms offered seating for 130 visitors at capacity. The existing business area and restrooms were remodeled, a new mercantile space was provided, and the M-Club Lounge was renovated and modernized to Marriott current standards.
