Renovation of an existing 10,900 SF downtown attorney’s office involving consolidation and reconfiguration of existing private offices, conference rooms, and meetings rooms with modern glass walls spanning from floor to ceiling. A dark, and interior break room was relocated and reimagined as a new employee lounge, with a moveable glass wall system providing flexible access to an underused outdoor patio with direct views to the Flatirons. The entire suite showcases contemporary finishes for an active and invigorating space while maintaining the existing corporate brand.
