Interior and Exterior rehabilitation of the graduate housing complex Athens North. Along with improvements geared to reduce ongoing maintenance, full kitchen replacements in all 42 residential units were completed, with new common area graphic wall protection, accessibility upgrades to common use areas, mechanical equipment replacement. Exterior envelope repairs were closely coordinated with the University of Colorado Boulder project management team to meet today’s codes and University standards.
