A state-of-the-art gaming and E-sports lounge within the University Memorial Center at the University of Colorado Boulder, covering a 1,275-square-foot area. The project converted a defunct study/lounge area by providing enhanced HVAC and power/lighting to accommodate specialty FF&E for the gaming equipment. The facilities incorporates a dedicated multiplayer console area and a fully equipped broadcast studio among its amenities.
