Tenant finish and site planning to convert an existing 17,200 SF former gym into a home goods
retail space for Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley. Renovations include building a new
demising wall between tenant spaces, designing site traffic flow and exterior spaces for efficiently
receiving donations, and creating functional back-of-house spaces for processing donations.
Upgrades also include a new customer entrance, vestibule, and checkout area, as well as a new
break room and business office. True to the ReStore’s name, the necessary architectural and
electrical improvements are being made with an emphasis on repurposing existing walls, doors,
and electrical systems wherever possible.
