Core and shell design of a new 2-story medical office building on a 4-acre site at a developing central corridor in Erie, CO. The exterior of the building was designed using a combination of classic brick and stone materials and featured iconic curved metal roof towers to create a landmark building that complement the adjacent commercial district. The interior boasts a grand atrium entry space with a full height warm wood panel feature wall to welcome visitors. Tiered soffits with recessed lighting wrap around the first-floor hallway, and a decorative glass and steel staircase leads up to the 2nd floor, which has a floating overlook with views down to the entry doors. The sitework included low water irrigated landscaping, brick screen walls, and a terraced concrete landscape plaza for public and tenant use.
