Site Planning and building design for 96 multifamily townhome units with a Community Building and pool. The project will encompass 17 buildings in total and will utilize green streets and pocket parks to provide pedestrian circulation throughout the site. Site amenities will include a fitness area, office and gathering spaces, community gardens and playgrounds. The Longmont Townhomes will provide affordable “single family living” for young families and retirees alike.
