Site development for a new 34-acre campus for Western Disposal Services. Phase 1 construction includes a Transfer Building with loading pit, Gate House, and associated site improvements. Future scopes include constructing a Shop building (33,586 SF), a Depackaging building (11,250 SF), Office Building (34,012 SF), and the remaining site improvements.
