Interior and exterior improvements incorporating corporate branding and identity. An eyebrow roof and covering were added to the exterior providing protected vehicle display space and covered walkways while giving the building a modern appearance. New interior finishes refreshed the space to complement current BMW identity requirements.

New 59,200 SF warehouse and showroom space for WeatherTech automotive products on a 4.1 acre site. The showroom features full height glass walls with cellular diffusing daylighting and electro-chromatic tinting controls.
